Brown & Brown, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported revenue was USD 927.6 million compared to USD 770.3 million a year ago. Net income was USD 161.1 million compared to USD 146.4 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.57 compared to USD 0.52 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.57 compared to USD 0.52 a year ago.
For the nine months, revenue was USD 2,672 million compared to USD 2,312.9 million a year ago. Net income was USD 526.6 million compared to USD 485.4 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.86 compared to USD 1.72 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.85 compared to USD 1.71 a year ago.
