Hereby JSC 'BTA Bank' (hereinafter - BTA) reports that as of 23 November 2015 the Board of Directors of JSC 'BTA Bank' (Decision number 66) made the following decisions:

1. Elect Nurgabylova Nurlan Talgatovich to position of First Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC 'BTA Bank', from November 23, 2015 for one year.

2. Elect Samigullina Rinat Anvarovich to position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC 'BTA Bank', from November 23, 2015 for one year.

3. Elect Pestrikova Marina Vladimirovna to position of Managing Director the Member of the Board of JSC 'BTA Bank', from November 23, 2015 for one year.
