1) the date of the decision made by the issuer that is the basis for amendments to be made into the securities issue prospectus, name of the body that made the decision: October 6, 2015, the Board of Directors;
2) the content (essence) of the changes to the securities issue prospectus:
1) exclusion of the information about Amanov D.T. in connection with the early termination of his powers as the Managing Director, a member of the Management Board from October 6, 2015 (the decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No 47 dated October 6, 2015);
2) addition of the information about Samigullin R.A. in connection with the election of Samigullin R.A. as the Managing Director of the Bank since October 6, 2015, for the period of one year (the decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No 47 dated October 6, 2015);
5) exclusion of the information about Imambayeva R.G. as a Member of the Board of Directors since October 6, 2015 on her own initiative (the decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No 47 dated October 6, 2015).
