BTS Rail Mass Transit Growth Infrastructure Fund : Convening the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders of BTS Rail Mass Transit Growth Infrastructure Fund (BTSGIF) and the determination of the Record Date

BBL Asset Management Company Limited ("the Management Company"), as the Management Company of BTS Rail Mass Transit Growth Infrastructure Fund ("the Fund"), deemed it appropriate to convene the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders of the Fund on 27 July 2022, at 2.00 PM. by way of electronic meeting (E-AGM) in accordance with relevant laws and announcements related to electronic meetings. In this regard, the procedures and methods of registration for attending the meeting and the proxy for attending the E-AGM will be specified in the invitation letter to the unitholders' meeting which will be sent later. The said meeting will have the following agenda:

Agenda 1 To acknowledge the Fund's significant management and the Fund's management guideline in the future

Agenda 2 To acknowledge the financial statements and the operating performance of the Fund for the year 2021/22

Agenda 3 To acknowledge the payment of dividend and capital return for the year 2021/22 Agenda 4 To acknowledge the appointment of the auditor and the remuneration for the year 2022/23 Agenda 5 Other matters (if any)

The Management Company would like to inform that the quorum of the unitholders' meeting shall consist of no less than 25 unitholders or half of the total number of unitholders, and the total number of units held by the unitholders who attend the meeting shall not be less than one-third of the total number of units sold of the Fund.

In this regard, the Management Company hereby determined that 20 June 2022 will be the record date for determining the list of unitholders who have the right to attend the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders of the Fund (Record Date) and the Management Company will send the invitation letter for the meeting to the unitholders later.
