As BBL Asset Management Company Limited ("Management Company"), as the Management Company of BTS Rail Mass Transit Growth Infrastructure Fund ("the Fund"), has set the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders on July 27, 2022, at 02:00 PM (the system will open for attending the meeting at 12:00 PM) by way of electronic meeting (E-AGM) in accordance with relevant laws and announcements related to electronic meetings.

Management Company would like to inform that the invitation to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders and all supporting documents thereof have now been completed and published on the website of the Fund, at http://www.btsgif.com, since July 4, 2022 onwards. The documents posted are the same documents sent to the Unitholders by post.
