Bubalus Resources Limited executed a binding asset sale agreement to acquire Yinnietharra Project (E09/2724 and E09/2725) from Hardy Metals Pty Ltd for AUD 0.41 million.

Bubalus Resources Limited (ASX:BUS) executed a binding asset sale agreement to acquire Yinnietharra Project (E09/2724 and E09/2725) from Hardy Metals Pty Ltd for AUD 0.41 million on September 18, 2023. Under the terms, Bubalus will issue 2.35 million shares. Completion of the transaction is subject to Bubalus completing due diligence on the tenements, approval by Bubalus and Hardy Metals' shareholders and the parties obtaining all necessary corporate, governmental, regulatory and third party approvals.

Bubalus anticipates that completion of the Acquisition will occur in or around early November 2023.
