Bublar Group's Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2021 is now ready and consists of the following members representing the largest shareholders:

The Nomination Committee is appointed by contacting the four largest shareholders in terms of voting rights based on shareholder statistics from Euroclear Sweden AB as of August 31, 2020. These are given the opportunity to appoint a person to, together with the Chairman of the Board, be a member of the Company's Nomination Committee until the new Nomination Committee is appointed.
