10.; company registration number: 01-10-042813; tax number: 12041781-2-41; hereinafter "Company") hereby informs the investors in relation to the announcement of the payment of dividend (HUF 20 per shares) of the business year 2021 published on 11 May 2022, that the payment of the outstanding amount of dividend will be performed by the contribution of the Company instead of KELER Zrt.
