BUKIT SEMBAWANG ESTATES LIMITED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Transfer Books and the Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 4 August 2017 for the preparation of dividend warrants.
Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, M & C Services Private Limited, 112 Robinson Road #05-01, Singapore 068902 up to the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 3 August 2017 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the proposed final dividend and special dividend.
Members whose securities accounts with the Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 3 August 2017 will be entitled to the proposed dividends.
The proposed dividends, if approved by the shareholders of the Company at the 51st Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 July 2017, will be paid on 18 August 2017.
