Bumrungrad Hospital PLC (the "Company") would like to report the change of shareholding structure of the major shareholders of the Company as a consequence of the reports of 21 December 2020 from Bangkok Dusit Medical Services PLC to the Securities and Exchange Commission (246-2) on the acquisition and disposition of securities of the Company, under which it sold 90,215,806 shares, equaling 11.34 percent of the total issued and paid-up shares of the Company to Mr. Satit Viddayakorn effective on 18 December 2020.
The shareholding structure of the major shareholders of the Company post- transaction mentioned above is as follows:
