Bumrungrad Hospital PLC (the "Company") would like to report the change of shareholding structure of the major shareholders of the Company as a consequence of the Reports on Acquisition or Disposition of Securities (Form 246-2) of 12 May 2022 from Mr. Satit Viddayakorn to the Securities and Exchange Commission on the disposition of securities of the Company, under which he sold 71,947,100 shares, equaling 9.0412 percent of the total issued and paid-up shares of the Company to Kiatnakin Phatra Securities PLC and Kiatnakin Phatra Bank PLC effective on 9 May 2022.
The shareholding structure of the major shareholders of the Company post- transaction mentioned above is as follows:
