The Board of Directors of Bund Center Investment Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Foo Meng Kee as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, the Chairman of its Remuneration Committee, and a member of its Audit Committee and Nominating Committee, effective on May 1, 2018. Mr. Foo is presently the principal owner of MK Capital Pte Ltd. and MK Marine Pte Ltd.
