Burkhalter Group completes acquisition of Elektrohüs AG

The Burkhalter Group has completed the purchase of Elektrohüs AG in the canton of Valais. The purchase agreement was signed on 29 November 2021 with effect from today.
The Burkhalter Group, a leading provider of electrical engineering services to the construction sector, announced its acquisition of the Valais-based company Elektrohüs AG when the purchase agreement was signed on 29 November 2021. Today marks the completion of the transaction. Elektrohüs AG was merged with the Brig-based company TZ Stromag, which is already part of the Burkhalter Group, with effect from 1 January 2022 and will now operate under the name of Elektrohüs as a branch of TZ Stromag. The company employs 25 people and generates annual sales of around CHF 3 million. All employees have been kept on and the premises in Susten, Steg and Wiler have been retained. Fernando Ambord will run the location in Susten, while Thomas Krummenacher will manage the Steg and Wiler sites.
