Zhao Shuqi signed a Share Transfer Agreement to acquire 5% of stake in BYBON Group Company Limited (SZSE:300736) from Zhao Xinyu for CNY 83.5 million on February 6, 2023. Under the terms of consideration, Zhao Shuqi agrees to pay an average price is CNY 13.24 per share.. After the contract is signed, both parties shall provide materials to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange as required.

After the Shenzhen Stock Exchange accepts the materials and examines them without any objection, shall pay 50% of the equity transfer price of CNY 41,773,358.5 within 3 working days and shall pay CNY 41,773,358.5 for the transfer of 50% of the transaction consideration within 3 working days from the date of Zhao Xinyu submitting the materials required for the transfer to China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., completing the transfer and obtaining the confirmation of securities transfer registration.
