Aeras Bio Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of common shares on November 28, 2018. The transaction will include participation from the new investor C.I. Medical Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:3540) to acquire 30% stake. By March 2019, a third party allotment will be allocated to the two companies. The investment ratio will be 70% for Air Water Inc. (TSE:4088) and C.I. Medical Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:3540) for 30% stake. They will discuss the amount of the capital increase in the future.
C.I.MEDICAL CO.,LTD. is a Japan-based company engaged in mail order sales to dental clinics, dental laboratories and other various medical institutions. Mail order sales segment sells products purchased from domestic and overseas wholesalers and manufacturers to domestic dental clinic and other healthcare professionals.
