CABASSE The Board of Cabasse Group (ENXTPA:ALVG) announced the spin off of Cabasse Société anonyme (ENXTPA:ALCAB) on October 17, 2022. Post transaction, VEOM Group would retain 49.9% of Cabasse. The Board of Directors of Cabasse Group will propose to its shareholders, during the combined general meeting convened on November 21, 2022, to approve an exceptional distribution in kind of 50.10% of the shares making up the share capital of Cabasse, up to one (1) Cabasse share for five (5) Cabasse Group shares.
This exceptional distribution in kind of Cabasse shares would be detached on November 28, 2022 and paid on November 30, 2022. The transaction is subject to shareholders of Cabasse Group. As of November 22, 2022, The transaction has been approved by shareholders of Cabasse Société.
