Thierry Le Guénic completed the acquisition of Habitat Design International from Centrale d'Achat Française pour l'Outre-Mer Société Anonyme.

Thierry Le Guénic signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire Habitat Design International from Centrale d'Achat Française pour l'Outre-Mer Société Anonyme (ENXTPA:CAFO) on October 2, 2020. Under the terms, Centrale d'Achat Française pour will also grant an exclusive license to use the Habitat brand of which it remains the owner. Option will be exercisable at the earliest in three years. Habitat has a turnover of approximately €100 million in 2019. Transaction is expected to complete in coming days. Philippe Rosenpick, Isabelle Buffard-Bastide, Anne Pomarède, Frédéric Bosc, Anastasia Fleury and Bonnie Brenier of Desfilis & Associes acted as legal advisor to Centrale d'Achat Française pour l'Outre-Mer Société Anonyme.
