California Gold Mining Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties. The Company's primary focus is the exploration and development activities at its Fremont Property, located in California. The Company also holds interests in approximately eight mining claims and related surface rights agreements in Hastings County near Madoc, Ontario (the Dingman Property). The Fremont Property includes approximately 3,350 acres of land located over 20 miles north of the town of Mariposa, California. The Company's mineral properties are at the exploration stage. The Company has not generated any revenues from its operations.
