Cambria Africa Plc is an investment company. The Company has a portfolio of investments in Zimbabwe. The Company's investment objective is to provide shareholders with long-term capital appreciation. It operates through three segments: Fintech, Industrial chemicals, and Head office. The Fintech segment includes payment systems, business process outsourcing, and payroll services. The Industrial chemicals segment includes the manufacture of sanitizers through a joint venture arrangement. It makes investments in various sectors, including tourism, accommodation, infrastructure, transport, commercial and residential property, technology, communications, manufacturing, retail, services, leisure, agriculture, and natural resources. It also makes investments in businesses outside Zimbabwe and the countries surrounding Zimbabwe, as well as the remainder of Sub-Saharan Africa. The Companyâs subsidiaries include LonZim Holdings Limited, African Solutions Limited, and Autopay (Pvt) Limited.
