COVID-SECURE: Continuing to make it safe to serve you

Your safety is our top priority

Like the government, our guests and associates, we are continuing to monitor the situation around the rapid spread of the new Covid-19 variant, Omicron.

These have been unprecedented times, after the March 2020 lockdown, we re-opened our aftersales departments and then showrooms with a number of 'Covid Secure' measures in our dealerships to make it safe to serve you.

These measures have been refined since March 2020 to keep everyone visiting our dealerships safe. At this time, we would like to reassure you that it is safe to bring your car in to us for a service or visit to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Throughout the pandemic we have stringently continued our 'Covid Secure' measures at all our dealerships including 2-metre social distancing and the wearing of face coverings (unless exempt). These will continue until further notice to protect you on your appointed visit to us.

The pandemic continues so we must act responsibly. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you at our dealerships soon.

What 'Covid Secure' means at our dealerships

Please be assured that every precaution will be taken to look after and protect you and our associates. In particular, 2-metre social distancing will be strictly maintained. There will be regular and enhanced cleaning procedures as well as stringent hygiene protocols with all the correct sanitising products.

Our 'Covid Secure' measures are summarised below.

Arriving at our dealerships

Please continue to wear a face-covering unless exempt. On entering our dealerships your temperature will be taken and use the hand sanitiser provided.

Social distancing measures

We'll help you follow social distancing guidelines with arrows and markers on the floor to help everyone keep two metres apart, just like you've seen in supermarkets. Please do respect the 'social distancing' measures of staying at least 2 metres apart.

Viewing our cars

If you would like to view a new or used car but particularly view inside a new car in our showroom, please do ask a member of our team on arrival.

Safety screens

We've also installed protective screens and created new contactless payment and paperwork processes. Please do stay behind the screens provided at our associate's desks to prevent any viral transmission.

Leaving our dealerships

Please use the provided hand sanitiser when you leave our dealerships.
