SAM AGUIRRE IS APPOINTED MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CAMPOSOL HOLDING PLC
On 27 February, the Board of Directors of Camposol Holding
Plc appointed Mr. Sam Aguirre as member of the Board of
Directors of Camposol Holding Plc.
As of the same date, Mr. Christopher Yetter, a member of the
Board of Directors of Camposol Holding Plc since 2007
presented his resignation.

Mr. Aguirre is a senior managing director in FTI's
Corporate Finance practice and is based in Toronto.
Prior to joining FTI, he was a partner at
PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Recovery
Area.
Mr. Aguirre has broad experience in advising companies in the
following sectors: construction (cement, tiles and ceramics,
steel and plastics), oil and gas, electricity generation and
distribution, media, automotive and food retail sector abroad
and in Latin America.
He brings in-depth financial and accounting skills coupled
with extensive restructuring experience, fluency in four
languages (English, French, Spanish and Portuguese) and a
solid appreciation of cultural differences.
