Canada Energy Partners Inc. (TSXV:CE.H) has entered into a Participation Agreement to acquire 63% interest in Kuester Ochoa Project from Wandoo Energy LLC.

Canada Energy Partners Inc. (TSXV:CE.H) has entered into a Participation Agreement to acquire 63% interest in Kuester Ochoa Project from Wandoo Energy LLC on May 8, 2023. Canada Energy also announces a non-brokered private placement of units to secure up to CDN$2,000,000. The net proceeds under the unit financing will be used to fund the Corporation's obligations under the Participation Agreement and for general working capital purposes.

Completion of the Participation Agreement with Wandoo Energy LLC as well as the private placement of units are subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
