Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce on Thursday said it named Katharine Stevenson board chair, effective at the annual meeting on April 8.
The Toronto bank said Ms. Stevenson, an independent director of the bank since 2011, would succeed John Manley, who is retiring from the board.
Mr. Manley, who joined the CIBC board in 2005, has been board chair since April 2015.
