Junyue Rixin No. 17 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund managed by Hangzhou Zhongda Junyue Investment Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 5% stake in Cangzhou Mingzhu Plastic Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002108) from Hebei Cangzhou Dongsu Group Co.,Ltd. for approximately CNY 340 million on May 16, 2023. Offer per share is CNY 4.11. As of May 17, 2023, the first installment of the transfer price CNY 103.12 million within 5 working days after the signing of this agreement. The second installment of the transfer price CNY 240.61 million within 5 working days after both parties complete the delivery of the target shares at CSDC Shenzhen Branch.
Cangzhou Mingzhu Plastic Co., Ltd. is a China-based company, principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of rubber and plastics products. The Company's principal products include polyethylene (PE) gas pipes, water supply pipes, drainage double wall corrugated pipes, pollution discharge double wall corrugated pipes, nylon films, lithium-ion battery separators silicon rubber pipes and materials, plastic films and other products. The Company also provides engineering services. It conducts its businesses mainly within domestic markets.
