Capitol Health Limited (ASX:CAJ) agreed to acquire Future Medical Imaging Group for AUD 56.1 million on August 24, 2022. Total consideration of AUD 56.1 million pre transaction costs, inclusive of AUD 6.3 million paid in scrip of Capitol Health Limited. The purchase price is funded from existing cash reserves and debt facilities. Completion is subject to finalization of customary closing conditions, expected by end of Q2 FY23. The transaction is high single digit EPS accretion.
