The Company conducts its business through three separate wholly owned subsidiaries: Rentas y Remolques de Mexico, S.A. (REMEX), which leases over-the-road truck trailers in Mexico; Remolques y Sistemas Aliados de Transportacion (RESALTA), markets and distributes Hyundai truck trailers in Mexico, and CapSource Equipment Company, Inc. (Prime Time Trailers.), the authorized Hyundai trailer dealer for California and Texas.
