SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) _ Carlisle Cos. Inc. (CSL) on Thursday reported second-quarter earnings of $99.3 million.

The Scottsdale, Arizona-based company said it had profit of $1.87 per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to $2.16 per share.

The diversified manufacturer posted revenue of $1.18 billion in the period.

Carlisle shares have climbed 25% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $195.58, an increase of 59% in the last 12 months.
