Carlsberg Ukraina PrAT, formerly Carlsberg Ukraina PAT, is a Ukraine-based brewery and soft drink producer. The Company is a part of Carlsberg Group. It offers a number of well-known brands of soft drink such as Pepsi Cola and 7 UP, as well as mineral water under the brand name Avel and numerous own-brands of beer, including Slavutych, Lvivs?ke, Baltika, Arsenal and Khmil?ne, among others. The Company also has such products as kvas under the brand name Taras and beer brand National for Moldavian market. The Company operates through three breweries located in Kiev, Zaporizhia and Lviv. The Company's products are exported both within and outside the Commonwealth of Independent States, including Moldavia, the Russian Federation, Belarus, Armenia and Georgia. The Company's major shareholder is Baltic Beverages Holding AB.
