On May 3, 2022, Carlyle Secured Lending, Inc. (the "Company") issued a summary
press release and a detailed earnings presentation announcing its first quarter
2022 financial results. Copies of the summary press release and the earnings
presentation are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively.

99.1, announcing the declaration of a second quarter 2021 base common dividend
of $0.32 per share plus a supplemental common dividend of $0.08 per share, which
are payable on July 15, 2022 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2022.
