RedSky Capital LLC acquired 24,000-square-foot building near Barclays Center from Carrier Alliance Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:CAHI) for $15 million on July 14, 2013. Adam Hess, Ofer Cohen, and Geoff Bailey of TerraCRG acted as brokers to Carrier Alliance Holdings and RedSky Capital.
