This is further to our announcement made on 18th December 2020 to the Colombo Stock Exchange pertaining to the resignation of Mr. V. P. Malalasekera and Mr. F. Mohideen and the appointments of Mr. M. M. Murugappan and Mr. Y. H. Ong, Non-Executive/Independent Directors.
In terms of Rule 7.8.b of the Listing Rules of the Colombo Stock Exchange, we wish to disclose that the above mentioned Directors do not have any Relevant Interest in the issued Ordinary Shares of Carson Cumberbatch PLC, as at date.
