Caspin Resources Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in early-stage exploration and development. The Company’s projects include Yarawindah Brook Project and the Mount Squires Project. The Company holds 80% interest in the Yarawindah Brook Project, which is located approximately 100 kilometers (km) northeast of Perth, in the emerging PGE-Ni-Cu sulfide West Yilgarn province. The project comprises a ground position of approximately 400 square kilometers (km2), approximately 40 km north from Chalice Mining's Gonneville deposit. The Mount Squires Project is a 750 square kilometers (km2) land holding, including a 50 km structural corridor with significant gold mineralization and a 25 km strike extension of the West Musgrave nickel and copper corridor. The Project is a greenfield-style gold and base metal project that lies within the West Musgrave region of Western Australia.
