Castelbajac Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A308100) acquired 7.3% stake in hyungji Elite Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A093240) from Hyungji Retail, Co.,Ltd. for KRW 4.8 billion on October 12, 2020. Castelbajac Co., Ltd. acquired 2.28 million shares of hyungji Elite Co., Ltd. at a price of KRW 2,140 per share. The consideration will be paid by internal sources of funds by Castelbajac Co., Ltd.
