The transaction was over-subscribed and the company issued a total of 15,851,636 units for gross proceeds of CAD 871,840. The company paid finder’s fee of CAD 20,743 and issued 377,160 broker warrants, including CAD 10,549 and 191,800 warrants to Leede Jones Gable Inc. and CAD 7,700 and 140,000 warrants to Canaccord Genuity Corp. Broker warrants exercisable at a price of CAD 0.075 for 36 months from closing. The transaction included participation from 52 placees. TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the transaction.
