Board Changes

The following changes to the composition of the board of Swire Pacific Limited ("Swire Pacific") will take effect from 1st April 2021.

• Mr. Martin James MURRAY will become the finance director of Swire Pacific.
• Ms. LOW Mei Shuen Michelle will cease to be a director of Swire Pacific.

The following changes to the composition of the board of Swire Properties Limited ("Swire Properties") will take effect from 1st April 2021.

• Mr. Martin James MURRAY will become a non-executive director of Swire Properties. He will also become a member of the audit committee of Swire Properties.
• Ms. LOW Mei Shuen Michelle will cease to be a director of Swire Properties.

The following changes to the composition of the board of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited ("Cathay Pacific") will take effect from 25th January 2021.

• Ms. Rebecca Jane SHARPE will become an executive director and the chief financial officer of Cathay Pacific.
• Mr. Martin James MURRAY will cease to be a director and the chief financial officer of Cathay Pacific.

The following changes to the composition of the board of Cathay Pacific will take effect from 1st April 2021.

• Mr. Martin James MURRAY will become a non-executive director of Cathay Pacific. He will also become a member of the audit, board risk, finance and board safety review committees of Cathay Pacific.
• Ms. LOW Mei Shuen Michelle will cease to be a director of Cathay Pacific.

Mr. Murray, aged 53, has been chief financial officer (formerly finance director) and a director of Cathay Pacific since November 2011. He is also a Director of Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Limited and AHK Air Hong Kong Limited. He was previously deputy finance director of Swire Pacific. He joined the Swire group in 1995 and has worked with the group in Hong Kong, the United States, Singapore and Australia.

Ms. Sharpe, aged 49, has been a director and group director finance of Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Swire Pacific) since October 2017. She was previously finance director of The China Navigation Company Pte. Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary within the Swire group). She joined the Swire group in 2008 and has worked with the group in Hong Kong, the Chinese mainland and Singapore.

Ms. Low, aged 60, has been a director of Swire Pacific and of Cathay Pacific since July 2017 and of Swire Properties since September 2010. She joined the Swire group in 1987. The boards of Swire Pacific, Swire Properties and Cathay Pacific would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Low for her distinguished service to their companies and to wish her well for the future.

Formal announcements under Rule 13.51(2) of The Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited relating to the foregoing changes will be made when they take effect.
