Jesse Harty has joined CBRE Investment Management as the Head of Logistics Operator Division for the Americas Direct Real Estate Division. In this role, Harty will lead CBRE Investment Management's logistics investment execution and operations activities across the firm's core, value-add and development strategies in the U.S., as well as overseeing the logistics transactions and asset management teams which comprise approximately $9.4 billion in assets under management (as of Dec. 31, 2022) and 19 team members.

Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, Harty served as Senior Vice President at Prologis where he managed a 55 million-square-foot industrial portfolio across New York and New Jersey. Prior to that, he held the position of Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager at Clarion Partners, where he managed a 30 million-square-foot industrial portfolio. Harty launched his career as an analyst at PwC working in residential mortgage securities.

Harty earned Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University. He is active in industry organizations including serving as the Vice President for Membership and Communications for the New Jersey chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), as well as serving on the Port of New York & New Jersey's Council on Port Performance Workforce Development. Harty is also a member of the Villanova University Center of Real Estate Advisory Council and a guest lecturer at Baruch College in New York.
