Subject: Shareholders who control at least 5% of the vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
Legal basis: Art. 70 section 3 of the Offerings Act - shareholders controlling at least 5% of the vote at the GM
The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw, Jagiellońska 74, hereby announces that the following shareholders controlled at least 5% of the vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company convened on 4 December 2015:
Marcin Iwiński, who controlled 12,000,000 shares and exercised 12,000,000 voting rights, which constitutes 27.60% of the votes present at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 12.67% of the total number of votes;
Piotr Nielubowicz, who controlled 5,984,997 shares and exercised 5,984,997 voting rights, which constitutes 11.44% of the votes present at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 6.30% of the total number of votes;
PKO Parasolowy FIO, which controlled 4,972,532 shares and exercised 4,972,532 voting rights, which constitutes 11.44% of the votes present at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 5.24% of the total number of votes;
AVIVA Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny AVIVA BZ WBK, which controlled 4,970,000 shares and exercised 4,970,000 voting rights, which constitutes 11.43% of the votes present at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 5.23% of the total number of votes;
METLIFE Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, which controlled 4,750,000 shares and exercised 4,750,000 voting rights, which constitutes 10.92% of the votes present at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 5.00% of the total number of votes;
Adam Kiciński, who controlled 3,122,381 shares and exercised 3,122,381 voting rights, which constitutes 7.18% of the votes present at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 3.29% of the total number of votes.

CD Projekt is a holding company organized around 2 poles of activities:
- video game development and publishing (77.5% of sales; CD Projekt RED): for PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox and PC game consoles;
- online video game distribution (22.5%): activity carried out via the online distribution platform GOG.com.
Net sales break down by revenue source between sales of games (96.3%) and derivative products (3.7%).
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Poland (2.4%), Europe (15.8%), Americas (73.5%), Asia (7.4%), Australia (0.8%) and Africa (0.1%).
