Celadon Group Inc. announced that Tony Heyworth, a member of their Board of Directors, has passed away. Mr. Heyworth had been a director at the company for the past 15 years. Mr. Heyworth was chairman of the Audit and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors (the Audit Committee) and a member of the Compensation Committee.
