Rome, 10 March 2021 - Cementir Holding N.V. announces that the meeting notice and the explanatory notes of the Shareholders' Meeting called for 21 April 2021 in Amsterdam are made available on the Company's websitewww.cementirholding.com in the section "Governance/ Shareholders' Meetings".

It should also be noted that the 2020 Annual Report and 2020 Sustainability Report - Consolidated Non Financial Statement are made available in the same section "Governance/ Shareholders' Meetings" of the Company's website. The Annual Report 2020 includes also information pursuant to the Dutch Corporate Governance Code and the Report on Remuneration.
