On July 30, 2012, CenterState Banks, Inc. was informed of the death of J. Thomas Rocker. Mr. Rocker was a founding director of the company and a director of the company's subsidiary bank, CenterState Bank of Florida, NA. Mr.Rocker was a member of the audit committee and compensation committee, and prior Chairman of the audit committee for many years.
