Central Pattana Public Company Limited ("the Company") hereby informs that, on 5
November 2021, its Board of Directors Meeting No.9/2021 has passed significant
resolutions as follows:
1.     Acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Sudhisak Chirathivat from his 
directorship of the Company.
2.    Appointed Miss Wallaya Chirathivat as a director to fulfill the position 
vacated.
In addition, such resolutions are effective on 1 January 2022 onwards and the 
List of Members of the Board of Directors since 1 January 2022 are as appeared
in the enclosure.
