Central Sports Co. Ltd. (TSE: 4801) agreed to acquire Meiji Sports Plaza, Ltd. from Meiji Co., Ltd. for ¥1.2 billion in cash on July 16, 2013. Under the terms of the deal, 1801 shares of Meiji Sports Plaza will be acquired.
Meiji Sports Plaza, Ltd had total assets of ¥1.4 billion, net liabilities of ¥1.7 billion and net income of ¥83 million as on March 31, 2013. The deal is expected to complete on July 31, 2013.
