CENTURY CITY INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED The Board of Directors of Century City International Holdings Limited announces that Mr. Allen WAN Tze Wai ("Mr. Wan") has been appointed as an Executive Director of Century with effect from 1st September, 2023. Mr. Wan, aged 64, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of New South Wales in Australia. He is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and CPA Australia.
Mr. Wan has over 41 years of experience in finance and accounting field. He has been with Century City Group (comprising Century, Paliburg Holdings Limited ("Paliburg"), Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited ("Regal") and Cosmopolitan International Holdings Limited ("Cosmopolitan") (Paliburg, Regal and Cosmopolitan are all listed subsidiaries of Century), and their respective subsidiaries) since 1993 and is the Group Financial Controller of the Century City Group. Mr. Wan is an executive director of Regal, which is listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange").
