Century Properties Group, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 377.42 million compared to PHP 343.16 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 2,913.83 million compared to PHP 3,318.6 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 450.47 million compared to PHP 334.87 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.039 compared to PHP 0.025 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.039 compared to PHP 0.025 a year ago.

The Company is primarily involved in the development, marketing, and sale of mid- and high-rise condominiums and single detached homes, leasing of retail and office space, and property management. The Company operates through three segments: Real estate development, Leasing, and Property management. The Real estate development segment is engaged in sale of high-end, upper middle-income and affordable residential lots and units and lease of residential developments under partnership agreements. The Leasing segment is engaged in the lease of the Companyâs retail mall. The Property management segment facilities management of the residential and corporate developments of the Company and other third-party projects, including provision of technical and related consultancy services.
