Cera Sanitaryware Limited announced at the board meeting held on August 31, 2021, the shareholders appointed Shri Anupam Gupta as an Additional Director and subsequently appointed him as an Executive Director (Technical) with effect from 15th October, 2021 for period of 3 years, subject to the approval of the Members in the upcoming General meeting.

Its Faucets & Showers products include foot operated faucet, single lever faucets, quarter turn faucets, half turn faucets, sensor and touch faucets, special need products, other allied products, health faucets, bathroom accessories and Cera auxiliaries. Its tiles products include wall and floor tiles. Its Wellness products include free standing bathtub, drop-in bathtub, air and water massage bathtub, and others.
