Ceramica Carabobo SACA is a Venezuela-based company primarily engaged in the production and distribution of ceramic tiles, mosaics and heat-resistant materials for indoor and outdoor applications in walls and floors. The Company’s products portfolio is structured into four divisions: National Products, which comprises traditional floors and walls, exclusive ceramics and others; Imported Products, which includes a variety of imported ceramic tiles, such as Spanish and porcelain types, as well as such brands as Listello, Peronda, Venezia and San Agostino, among others; Scutaro Line, which offers a range of ceramic tiles under the Scutaro Home Collection name; and Special Projects, which designs and prints decorative tiles as requested by its customers. As of April 30, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Ceramicas para el Hogar Ceramihogar CA, Inexcro CA and Pan American Ceramics Inc, among others.
