Listing Supervision and Supervision of Issuers

With respect to the aforementioned Notice, the Company informs that it is not aware of any existing

material fact or information, not disclosed by the Company, that could justify the price and volume movement in the common shares ("ON") issued by the Company in the period indicated by B3.

Important to highlight that, as per disclosed on items 15.1 and 15.2 of Company's Reference Form that approximately 94% of all ON shares belongs VTRM ENERGIA PARTICIPACOES S.A., our controlling shareholder.

In this regard and considering that the ON shares have a historical low liquidity, we believe that any additional demand to its usual trading pattern may have a relevant impact on its price and cause the significant oscillation mentioned in the Notice.

The Company is at your disposal for any additional clarification needed.
