THE EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF CFT HAS BEEN PUBLISHED

Parma, 5 February 2021 - CFT S.p.A. ("CFT" or the "Company"), announces that today it has published in the daily newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore" the notice of call for the Shareholders' extraordinary meeting, convened at Studio Notarile Marchetti, in Milan, Via Agnello 18, for 17 March 2021, at 10:00 a.m., on first call and, if necessary, for 14 April 2021, at 10:00 a.m., at the same place, on second call, whose text is attached to this press release.

The Board of Directors' report relating to the agenda, with the relevant annexes, will be made available, within the time limits provided by law, at the Company's registered office (Via Paradigna 94/A, Parma) and on the Company's website (www.cft-group.com, in the "Investor Relations/Shareholders Meeting" section).
