Chailease Holding Company Limited reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 1,488.98 million compared to TWD 1,443.1 million a year ago. Revenue was TWD 24,136.61 million compared to TWD 21,166.89 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 6,174.25 million compared to TWD 6,913.87 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.47 compared to TWD 4.08 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.43 compared to TWD 4.03 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 2,991.62 million compared to TWD 2,829.33 million a year ago. Revenue was TWD 47,276.98 million compared to TWD 41,092.93 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 13,063.85 million compared to TWD 14,083.87 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 7.74 compared to TWD 8.7 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 7.64 compared to TWD 8.59 a year ago.
Chailease Holding Company Limited is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in traditional leasing, installment payment and receivables transfer businesses. The Company is also involved in heavy-vehicle financing, minibus financing, construction equipment financing, fishing and cargo financing, micro-enterprise financing, non-performing loan purchase, real estate financing, office equipment leasing, medical equipment financing, car leasing, energy-saving project financing, solar power plant financing and investment, inventory financing, aircraft and ship financing, insurance brokerage and oil related businesses.
