Chang Chun Eurasia Group Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was CNY 3,376.742 million compared to CNY 4,090.874 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 2.537 million compared to CNY 174.652 million a year ago. Net loss was CNY 22.031 million compared to net income of CNY 50.321 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.14 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of CNY 0.32 a year ago.

The Real Estate segment is mainly engaged in real estate development and property leasing. The Other segment is mainly engaged in property services, catering services and other businesses. The Company mainly operates its businesses in the domestic market.
